If you choose an account for one campaign at a time, it means that you can start a new campaign right after finalizing the previous one. When you need to run several campaigns simultaneously, choose a pricing tier that matches your needs.

You need multiple accounts if you have several independent business units doing PR
across different geographical regions or if you are a PR agency doing PR campaigns for multiple clients. As a Valosan admin, you can access all the Accounts and manage user rights across the accounts.

Free training means that we help you set up your first campaign so you can hit the ground running. If you need us to help with coming up with the list of journalists to contact, let us know and we’ll tailor the pricing according to your needs.

There is a general chat available on Valosan where you can ask questions. We reply to chat messages within 24 hours. If you choose a pricing tier that includes a Slack channel, we will setup a dedicated channel for your team to contact the Valosan support team directly. All the pricing tiers require a contract of minimum of 12 months. Invoicing can be done on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

Based on our several years of experience in the media industry, we’ll help you to find the right journalists to reach out to. If you already know whom to contact, great! Just import your journalist list to Valosan. If you need help with setting up the contact lists, ask for a specific pricing for this. We are happy to help!
